Redmi Note 11 Pro 2023 codenamed “sweet” will have a new chipset and a different camera layout. These details were revealed by the Google Google Play Console listing. It shows that the phone will feature the Snapdragon 712.
This mid-range chipset is from 2019, and is not an upgrade to the Helio G96 SoC. It may be more efficient than it predecessor, as it uses a 10nm chip node instead of the Helio G96’s 12-nm process. The new camera layout will look similar to a Redmi Note 10 Pro. It was powered by Snapdragon 732G which is even more powerful than the 712.
The Redmi Note 10 Pro’s camera setup is almost identical to the Note 11 Pro. However, the older model had a 5MP macro camera, while the newer model uses a 2MP sensor. It includes a main camera with a 108MP resolution, an 8MP ultrawide unit and a depth sensor. Redmi Note 10 Pro could also record 4K and 1080 60 FPS, which Note 11 couldn’t do due to poor chipset choices.
